Far down where we cannot see, the roots reach into the earth’s well.

Rocks filter, clay holds, gems begin. By the nutrients compressed by years, mycelia is fed. Seeds germinate. Rhizomes spread, truffles bloom.

All that is held sacred in the darkness becomes life when the light arrives.
