PRECIPICE

| Warming Spice Body Balm |

Limited edition Fall/Winter 2020

Comforting spices and healing infused herbs ease cold muscles, warm up stiff joints and soothe the soul with cozy (but unique) aromatics.

A luxurious + therapeutic warming balm to take the edge off the winter chills (and blues). Use before or after exercise, or as desired on stiff, cold, or sore areas. Gently penetrates to help reduce inflammation, increase circulation, tame nerve pain, and stimulate cell rejuvenation with time tested botanicals both through slow oil extraction and the use of steam distilled plant materials.

Not icy/hot like tiger balm or as strong and herbaceous as my black birch pain balm, this is more like a rich body balm with therapeutic benefits felt after the balm has soaked into the muscle and joint.

Perfection on the Precipice of Decay Collection

is a pursuit of the fleeting moment something transforms from one seemingly perfect expression, to another. Time in the chrysalis. The moment a plum falls from the tree, too heavy from its fullness of juice and heavy pit. How it may or may not be taken up by a hungry squirrel - either way, becoming its next incarnation through animal or soil. How fleeting that moment of ideal readiness, and how close to rot! How delicate the balance is - the thrill of ultimate realization and the tumbling descent after a summit.  The last fall explosion of nectar rich blooms in all its sweet floral plumes, only to age years in a day to reveal seeds for the future.
