Replacements (if applicable)
We only consider replacing items if they are defective or damaged. If you need something replaced, send us an email at gatherperfume@gmail.com. Replacements are considered on a case by case basis.
INTERNATIONAL shipping is Buy at Your Own Risk. Gather is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, customs charges, taxes, or customs refused parcels. We do our best to ensure that you receive your package smoothly and safely but beyond that, shipping is highly unpredictable and we will not be responsible for what is the carrier's job.
