Muscle + Nerve Care Sports Recovery Balm with infused wild plants and pure essential oils 

Formerly known as 'pain killer salve' this potent, penetrating salve works to relax muscles, repair tissues, soothe inflammation, and ease aches and pains. Applied before a workout it can help prepare muscles and joints for fuller range of motion, and used post workout it can help recovery, relaxation, and repair.

Formulated with highly renowned plants rich in anti-inflammatory properties, nerve relaxing attributes, and cell repairing constituents, this balm is a welcome partner to all of your athletic endeavors, or simply just to ease the woes of daily burden on your joints. 

I created this balm when I was still a professional dancer; it carried me through countless classes, rehearsals, and performances. It has accompanied my daughter through a million soccer games, a broken and repaired ACL and broken and repaired ankle, through intense wilderness excursions, and now that my son is a professional ballet dancer, he always has a tin (or four) at his side. My current passion as a national level weightlifter finds me with a tin always in my gym bag.  

This is a slightly new formula this year, 2018, with a few more added wildcrafted plants like wintergreen, blue vervain, and alder, with sustainably harvested white sage and garden grown comfrey. A salve packed full of herbal healing, love, and years of hard work, I hope it continues on to bring you and your loved ones a bit of natural comfort.

100% Natural Ingredients:
oils of virgin olive, almond, + jojoba infused with organic meadowsweet, wintergreen, alder, blue vervain, comfrey, hypericum (fresh blossom), gotu kola, black haw, black birch, white sage, cayenne peppers, beeswax, proprietary blend of pure essential oils including sweet birch.

The plants I sustainably wild harvested are wintergreen, alder, blue vervain, hypericum, and the comfrey and chili pepper I grew in my garden. The chili pepper is not as pronounced like you might find in a tiger balm - so you will not have the extreme 'hot/cold' feeling as in some sports balms.
