Messenger to the aethers. Divine gift. Time traveling scent. Ancient practice. Witch's tool. Smoke lifting earthly petals to the heavens, transforming resins into embers into language. Kyphi, slow ground by healing hands, forest tears cracked by the mortar and pestle, soaked in mead, crushed with needles and oils and herbs and chants, kneaded into sticky dough. Cured by the light of the moon, in a circle of time the incense readies.
